What does trauma-sensitive handpan teaching mean?
Tanja links musical learning with an approach that pays attention to the nervous system: breaks are allowed, your limits are respected, and there is no pressure to perform. The focus is on joy, curiosity and self-efficacy.
Do I have to be musical?
No. Tanja says she can only pass on what she has experienced herself, and she remains a student too. You learn at your own pace, without having to prove anything.
