All handpans are shipped with DHL or DHL Express and insured for their value. Each handpan is securely wrapped and packed to ensure the instruments arrives in perfect conditions.
Usually latest within 48 hours after receipt of payment. For non-EU orders, preparation may take up to 4 business days (customs documents).
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro), PayPal, Klarna (installment payments), and Shopify Pay. You can pay your Handpan order also via bank transfer.
For customers from the EU, UK & US: No.
If you order from outside these countries: Yes, in most cases. Customs duties are levied by your local customs office when the package is imported into your country. These costs are not included in the purchase price.
